We're thrilled to announce the official release of Errant Landscape 1.0! Our team has worked tirelessly to create a powerful plugin that we hope will become an invaluable tool for your development.
First and foremost, we want to give a big shout-out to our dedicated beta testers. Your invaluable feedback and bug reports were instrumental in helping us refine the plugin and make it as user-friendly as possible. You can keep using your Beta license until either March 30th or 30 days from the date you signed up, whichever is later.
With the release of Landscape we’re introducing a new bundle discount. When you purchase both plugins together, you'll receive a 10% discount on the total price. If you purchased Errant Biomes before the Lansdcape release you can still enjoy this discount. Simply head over to your Biomes License Info Page (the one you used to download the plugin) and then go to the pricing page. Bundle discount will be applied automatically.
Since the last release, we've added several new features, fixed reported bugs, and made significant improvements to the user interface. We're particularly excited about the newly added ability to set custom materials as inputs in the stamp brush. With this powerful function, you can combine and post-process input textures, and mix them with procedural logic. These custom materials can be used to affect all outputs of the brush, including height, weightmaps, biome masks, and visibility.
Additionally, we've implemented a frequently requested feature that allows you to adjust the brush offset by moving its gizmo vertically. This makes it easier to fine-tune your creations and achieve the perfect result.
We sincerely hope that Errant Landscape will help you take your development to the next level. Thank you for your continued support, and please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any feedback or suggestions for future updates.
